Arman Khalili Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Arman brings over 33 years of expertise in Internet infrastructure. Before founding FDC, he served as the Founder & CEO of Evocative, transforming the company from a single data center in 2017 to a nationally recognized platform with over 21 sites, encompassing 1.2 million square feet and 100 MW+ capacity. Previously, Arman founded CentralColo, later rebranded as Element Critical, a national wholesale provider with more than 150 MW of capacity in 2015. Throughout his career, Arman has held executive leadership roles at organizations such as Level 3 Communications and Black Lotus and founded several companies, including Sirius ISP, UnitedLayer, NextLayer, and Musicbank, where he served as CTO and Co-founder. Between 1989 and 1993, he held senior consulting positions at NeXT Computers, Apple, and Notable Computers. Arman earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University and is a frequent lecturer at SFSU, CSUN, and UCLA.
He resides in Los Angeles and San Francisco with his wife and three sons.
